Rock and Wood Furnishings are 'Stone Cold' Neat

I was in downtown Branson the other night and I went into an interesting store. This little shop had a variety of western style items from jewelry to clothing and they even had some furniture for sale.

One of the items there really stood out to me. It was a wooden frame with a business's logo arranged and set with a variety of a number of rocks. You might think of it a piece of decorative artwork very similar to a mosaic. The artist that created the piece referred to it as rustic custom artwork and furnishings.

It is very interesting concept and I got to tell you, the finished products made of rock and wood are impressive. And the amount of patience that the artist has to have to set each rock carefully after choosing a stone with just the right color is astounding.

If you get a chance to stop into the shop when you are in downtown Branson, MO and they have any of these pieces in the store, I think you will be amazed at the amount of detail you will find in the completed artwork.
